This seems shit, barbaric, delusional innerly dead. No basic explaination to the common power in the world. They just make it tada~ MC acquired that power. No how no explanation what is what nor the difficulty what makes it different why it has need to be spesific star and other briefs of yada yada. Without all that they introduce political area right away. so seems like their focus is yet again to politics? 
Man, I feel slightly bad for the old man guy. He may have been a pretty bad guy (having a short temper), but he wanted the best for the MC and died cuz of it (he didn’t have ambition, but thought MC could get to 2 stars and died trying to get him a book).
It didn’t really have much emotional impact though cuz it was so early, but still kinda feels bad that he died to try and make another’s life better. Props to old lad 👍

The MC barely shows any emotion as is but this is first chapter so hopefully he not that robotic in the future

absolutely packed chapter I for real thought bro was gonna get ambushed as soon as he sets foot in their territory it ended up way better than expected also as a professional waifu spoter that right there is one of em 
the story seems very intresting too Im all here for it 
Rereading cause I need to fill the void GED left in me, the biggest problem of this series is its lack of exposition, it’s based on a novel so it may be that they just cut it out for pacing purposes
