It might seem like a fantasy thing but apparently weak-willed people do exist and if magic like that exists, there’s a 99% chance some gets corrupted just by being 1km near it.
It is dumb because we only know that this guy was so easy to manipulate that he killed his father and later he is screaming. I dont like this ussles mystery. We all know what happened. Why not show it?
Anyways a summary of this chapter cuz I’m bored for the people that are reading this late at night with few braincells left: The chaoter starts off with Delia brother having a nightmare about being unable to protect his family. After crying out after seeing his dead family he wakes up and realizes it was a nightmare and was met woth an entity that told him it would give him power. Unfortunately he was stupid and followed said entity. Afterwards thr story cuts to Derrick and with the other girl in a cart revealing that his former female master was there in Elvester also lady Delia. Then when they arrive they meet Delias older sister but backs off since Derrick doesn’t like attention. Then the chaoter ends with Delias older brother k*lling their father for some not yet told reason
