So.. What we’ve learned is that vampires are trying their best to stop people from selling tarasque materials.. So the one dude selling them is suspected of being a vampire.. Adventurers always start weak, there has never been a case of an experienced hunter/soldier changing occupation and rising through the ranks quickly, so he’s probably a vampire.. And people have been disappearing while he was away hunting the tarasque, so he’s probably the vampire? If he was black, I would think he’s getting the racial profiling treatment..
He should still be pissed that her stunt, and should use his original excuse to decline as a reason to force her to continue buying Tarasque parts at heavily inflated prices to make up for that trouble, maybe intentionally damage the corpse to make it look harder to kill. That said stay away from this one, she has a few screws loose, probably bad past with vampires.
