Making the cult extremely anti 1-Star feels very weak to me, considering how anti 1-Star most people and governments are by default in general.

I’m gonna go out on a limb to guess that with that statement, the greater the number of stars, the more power you can instantly display, BUT you also peak early. And 1-stars actually have the greatest potential for growth. Or something like that.
