the story of his father’s death was edited
his mother was protecting him

the novel is the one he loves the most, therefore it will also be the cause of his death, the end of this world would most probably mean the end of him as well
Dokja wants to see the ending of the novel he loves that most!!! The mother would have been doing the same thing as he is doing, changing stuff about. Also the world would have been the same if the dokkaebi didn’t start the scenarios in this universe. Soo all in all blame the dokkaebi for this mess.
At this point I’m convinced he killed his dad, his mother admitted to the crime, and then funded him with the money from the book. But, all I (think) really know is that his mom wasted one of his lives to lock him up in this room for his safety lmfao Sucks I’m almost caught up too, because these things take a week + for each chapter, and this is like the 12th story I will have caught up to this year already…
