chapter immediately cuts to morning saying no one died tonight but in the previous scenes all those executioners had KD surrounded. what happened after that. Did they just vanished from sight ? he was gonna kill the executioner so I assume he was gonna do it when the night ends and sun is up but they mention later on as the executioners are not dead etc. I feel like there is something amiss. Maybe author passed over those scenes started to show the morning to cover something up.
