Seems pretty out of wack that someone csn just wish for them to revive.
I mean, nobody wants to die. Strongly desiring to continue living is an extremely normal instinct and impulse to have.
That would also imply that just about everyone would start resurrecting left and right.
And the idea that “he became a dragon before he died, so he had access to word magic”, is not particularly a good reason, because that still means all dragons are capable of this. But it doesn’t seem like their culture EXPECTS their kind to just come back from the grave infinitely.
