While I always enjoy it when background characters get their time and space to shine, taking one of them and turning them into the axis of the whole world feels very forced. Nothing against Shakky, and I fully believe the dragons would do all of this, but the whole piracy being obsessed with her? A bit much.
That said, Dragon and Blackbeard’s mother… wouldn’t it be interesting, if it turned out Luffy had a much older half-brother?
