Bones aren’t connected and HOW DID THE MASS CHANGE??
the only answer is that either the rules of one piece have changed OR Luffy himself can bypass the rules in a cartoonish manner
the other characters such as even Lucci himself acknowledged the oddity so we can assume that these new rules only apply to luffy, so why?
this power is connected to his devil fruit but could it be “the will of D” (main character designation)
damn Oda really put a lot of thought (or was lucky) and this manga is a great reread
