damn oda really has created so much life in his character
each one seemed to be their own person rather than a 2-dimensional drawing meant to further the plot (cough cough black clover.. jk i love this anime)
ace was such a compelling character with a strong backstory yet to be developed (WHO IS SABO) and his fruit should be up for grabs now that he is dead, the cover story for ace was also really funny and did well to convey his personality (the sleeping gag will never not get me)
marine-ford will continue to be one of my favorite arcs in this entire series and i am waiting eagerly until the final war where Luffy will get his payback
