King needs gods blessing. (If you don’t know what im talking about and don’t want spoliers do not read on.)
Basically Garou became a god leel threat, killing absolutely everyone but saitama, Destroyed Jupiter and its moon, and saitama went back in time somehow. This “Garou” is a Garou blessed by GOD, (I mean he proclaims to be) and yes.
King with Gods blessing is basically making him ONE of the strongest people on Earth (Obviously Saitama is stronger, and maybe blast?)
