Hence, the people who are the most SINFUL are not the evil person. Because that’s their nature. The most SINFUL people are the good people who chose to do nothing. The most despicable and toxic people are the self professed good people.

He’s either a denizen of the other world & it isn’t just monsters, or, he’s a part of the dullahan. A dullahan usually holds its head, but this one simply has no head. What if the head somehow has a body of its own?
Would be cool if the head could attach itself to a decapitated human & control it. However, it seems more likely that this dude simply controls the dullahan.
Either way, it poses more questions and is getting more interesting!
