the plan only works if you win every fight, which will not happen, most plans are formed with the basis that every fight you encounter you will win, which isn’t true, you have to remember that you can lose an extremely disadvantageous fight, like humans vs orcs, which is going on here, they don’t even have trained soldiers, so they will lose most of the fights they make, the orc bodies are heavy, they deal heavy blows, your soldiers will lose, the fight, you have to be able to win a fight against a orc first for your plan to work, but the orc bodies are heavy, thus you won’t be able to transport them, since the monsters outside are constantly out there, unless you clear away every monster, the plan just won’t work
