Why do authors do this? Why even include the little girl from the prvious chapter? Is the feeling of basically your love not being reciprocated a nice feeling? As a viewer it just leaves a sour taste in my mouth. The little girl got soft cucked lol, she already had no chance from the beginning. It’s just weird and I dont like seeing it. Even then I think it would be better character growth if the Mc realized himself that he like the lady.
And here I thought the lighting steike and scream was from the Lady hearing the other girl confessing to the MC and the MC saying he doesn’t have any feelings for the Lady..
Guess we’re not going down that darker misunderstanding route.
The most useful character in the series, and she was a background character we barely even knew. I feel like her only purpose was to have feelings for him so she could open his eyes to his feelings for Lydia.
