he’s finally doing some real training. i hope he actualy learns how to fight now
His original fusion skills should have decent effect as the doppelganger should misinterpret some of them as the originals and be overwhelmed or caught off guard (like the one attack having more strikes to the combo). Doubly so if any of his gear effects would proc (lazy author forgot about that and thus has written a terrible battle).
But, one would also assume that the doppelganger had to fight and survive long enough to observe all Pagmas skills to be able to copycat them. Meaning it should have some other ridiculous skills. If, it can simply know the skills just by seeing and turning into a person (no need to experience the skills) then the doppleganger, being as old as it is, should have immediately recognized Piaros outclassing skill and copied that.
Honestly I feel like if I was the Mc, I would turn into a battle junkie. I read these scenes and I just imagine it in my head and I get so full of adrenaline that when I go to the gym I go hard asf
