Why does the chest armor require only lvl 30 to wield – while the gloves, hat, boots, and cape all lvl 130? Seems off-

My theory: He’s going to get a lot of some drop he thinks is almost worthless only to find out later that it’s extremely valuable for the manufacture of some insane type of gear.
