I was similarly assigned as a special problem solver, lots of sh!t to clean up while solving those problems. I had the freedom to decide and act as I wish within reasonable boundaries as long as the objective was achieved .
as a 34 year old dad, i can confirm that dad strength is a real thing. I was always strong and worked out, but after my daughter was born, i think because i carrying around all over the place, the lil munchkin, i became stiffer and stronger still. It’s not explosive strength… just slow but steady kinda strength
