Identifying someone by weight alone is impossible most people’s weight fluctuates on a regular basis. Water retention, accumulated body waste, changes in muscle mass and in females their reproductive cycles, to name just a few, all cause constant changes in weight. Most often these fluctuations are within a 1 to 5 lb range, however it isn’t uncommon for it to be as high as 10 lbs. Since this is the case even taking these variables into the calculation would cause the data to include several possible elevator occupants, making the determination of identity by weight alone impossible. Just saying.
Still this is a fictitious story so I guess ignoring these facts won’t hurt the overall outcome of the story.
