Id say its a bit much to declare the lobby as done for. from a player perspective sure you lost a lot on that mission but your critical people are still okay. your best party by far party 1 lost their mage but you have a suitable replacement lined up.

Party 2 lost only 1 person and even if Rodrick retires you needed instructors anyway.

Party 3 is doing pretty bad, by far your second strongest hero is still alive but with being able to party non beast people with beast people being up the air thats concerning at least until you roll some more beast people.

party 4 and 5 were more potential quality heros rather than actual quality heros. losing most of them is a set back for sure, but nothing you cant replace. Do some more summons, grind up more potentials starting from lower floors. It’s always a lot easier to get a new unit up to good quality when you’re just retreading content.

His critical core of heros are almost all alive, his facilities are all running fine, his resource collection wont suffer from this, and he has all the time in the world to grind up new heros. The battle was a setback to be sure and the master will need to prepare more next time but their foundation is almost perfectly intact.
