It’s just going to be like that time where there’s going to be bad chemistry. My guess is that the blue haired freak will either be the ‘boss’ of the slums and/or get people to revolt in order for them to get synthesized and buff him.
I hate these kinds of characters. They always have pride and get in mc’s way.
He has the right thought process, but the wrong attitude and timing.

I have to admit, this 2 star dude feels a bit random and forced. We didn’t even see him get summoned, he’s just suddenly here. It’s one thing when it’s the 1 star background randos, but this guy should have been introduced properly.
That being said, I very much like this situation and the characters presence. The evil 3 star guys was a fun introduction, but they were never much of a threat cause they were dumb and didn’t understand their position. This guy however is smart.
He took time to understand his situation, and gather intel on what he needed to know, and now he’s using that gathered knowlegde to his advantage. He is being a psychotic monster, but he is doing it in a way that can’t easily be interfeered with as he doesn’t cross any lines. He is a genuine threat. Can’t wait to see how this develops.

He should acknowledge his limits, that intense desire for a quick power up will not end well . Though he might have saved the man by cutting of his arm.
