i suppose aaron cant level up his spear skill because he isnt mean to use a spear. Like mc is a close range fighter as hes kinda hot blooded and jenna is more calm and not in the heat of combat (a hunter) so maybe aaron should be a magician or healer. Because due to everyone being a real person, even if you dont have a skill when summoned, you can level up skills that match your personality (like the fake chef guy probably wont learn cooking)
