This chapter has done another fantastic showing of the authors writing. Most other authors would have made him an expert on the people here because he used to be their master, but from what we’ve seen, it makes sense for him to not be completely familiar with all of their antics and traits. The athor did really well making him both familiar with them, but also not truly knowing them, and asking things like “is he always like this?”. It makes the MC feel much more real and makes this whole arc a lot more interesting compared to just having him know everything simply because it used to be his account in a game

mc only has three months left until nilfheimer or whatever bites the dust, I wouldn’t be surprised if a glitch happened to his account that prolongs the deletion.

I was hoping there would be more tension revolving around why he’s there, how they’re going to deal with Mobius etc etc
Like he finally meets up with his people and basically says, “okay, bye”
While it was funny to see the exchange, I’m a little upset that MC wasn’t concerned, curious or anything.
But why? Isn’t it one of his missions to meet with them? Am I the only one who feels underwhelmed by this chapter?
If only the author used the comedy to pivot into a serious discussion with Yurnett, than it would better imo. The way it is now just feels like MC doesn’t even have a reason to see them, when in fact, the entire time he was trying to get in touch with them.
