You see the reason they put off the confession so long is because that is the whole plot of the Manga. The moment they confess all the tension and drama is gone. You may get a few more chapters or they may do a time skip with a happily ever after but that is it. Normally to drag on this type of story they introduce a love rival or some major falling out has to happen, usually over a misunderstanding. This Manga is probably working towards it’s final chapter and my guess is the time skip route where they have a kid of their own just like her and her mom.

I bet in the next 200 chapters, they’re still at hand holding phase lol
