Didnt it literally specificy that Yakuza’s “Diablo” affects all in his range, INCLUDING ALLIES? Yet it only nerfed Kang Seok even though everyone was in his range.
*Pinoy Pride Intensifies, So Proud For Arnis being used here. Though whats mostly shown is the “labanan” (fighting), it also has the “anyo” (or something rythmic) which is used for performances or showcasing once mastery of Arnis.
