Who is the black king in mythology?
The Black King is the mysterious divine being that has strong ties to the various Gods and Demons of the 98th Floor of the Obelisk and is said to possess immense power and control over “Death” and was stated to embody the entire conceptional existence of “Death”, Chaos, Darkness, Dreams and the Abyss.
I’m guessing the black king is supposed to be Kronos the titan from greek mythology. Judging by the connection to the gods and olympus, and the fact that they ‘betrayed him’
… I lowkey feel like the black king is shadow monarch 2.0.
So ..is it like the black king saw himself on his brother and gave MC the power since the MC is out for blood/revenge
I think he got the astrape – but it’s like one of those “your skills are not high enough to wield this weapon” kinda deals -> but it still upgraded his black bracelet thing for now. I bet he can use the lighting bolt thing in the future. If not he just totally got ripped off lol
