There exist two versions of the manwha which have been taken on by different scanlation groups, one has this black mask and one has the red one. Mangaread has just started copying pages from a different group probably due to bunny girl translations picking up the alternate version. So they didnt change the mask design we are basically looking at an alternate timeline
