Ha ha ha ha, reminds me of kindergarten, parading around with a basketball to represent the fallen king’s head, everyone trying to figure out what a “rampart” was so we could display his head on the rampart…
We finally decided that another kid could PLAY the part of “Rampart” and just hold the basketball (head).
Then of course we had to figure out what a “Rampart” would do.
So suddenly “Rampart” became the name of a famous roving executioner, who had a collection of heads displayed on his belt!
And the whole game devolved into finding more balls to be heads, and deciding who they used to be before we cut them off, and figuring out how to make nets out of the jump-ropes, to attach the heads to his belt.
Not that he had a belt. We just chose the tallest kid in the class for the part and he pretty much always wore overalls.
So someone donated a scarf to be the belt, and we all got into trouble for tangling up the jump-ropes.
Good times.
Good times.
There were some pretty creative kids in my kindergarten!

the way they act is so dramatic which is normal for a kid but funny because of him acting it
