This plot is just turning into a mess. It’s not well-written enough and doesn’t have enough depth and structure to it to be a “journey to discover the truth.”
It’s simply vague and relying on the mystery of “can’t tell you” to move the plot forwards, but with no justification and barely any detail of the situation. They keep saying “saving the world” but give not a single specific detail or contextual description of what is happening.
The story is really starting to wander and smear around. Too many threads and complications all at once. At a point a story goes from “complex” to “scattered” and I feel like we’re approaching the line.
