This is interesting because now I think Marielle has the Eye of Foresight. She was clearly talking to Ars’ soul when he was dying. I think she can hide her stats too. The Assassin probably has the Eye of Tactician which would explain how he/she evaded attacks from multiple high stat attackers so easily.
The questions is are these 3 supposed to work together or against each other. Does Marielle really aspire peace or she aspires something greater? Obviously, the most urgent business is how to level up the eyes because Ars has done it once already.
The author obviously will lean into the idea of Eyes of Appraisal being the more powerful, but I hope not. I think the Eye of Appraisal should stay as is. This is because the key here is not become stronger yourself, but inspire others to come to you and help you to see your ideals realized even it that means at the expense of sacrificing their own ideals.
This might be a good idea switching sides.
Serving the Duke of Seitz… seems to me the fastest way to be betrayed and to lose allies.
