Hmmm it’s starting to come back to me idk how I completely forgot about reading this
With a name like that I wouldn’t want to get my skill discovered by the Church… what if that ended up being part of the reason he became an overpowered villain in the original game? And will he actually become stronger than that “overpowered villain” given how he’s already increasing his magic capacity and skill level so early?
I love that he levels up, but he’s still a boy, so he can impress his papa, but not immediately overpower him. Restraint leaves room for the story to develop and the MC to face challenges. Very exciting

That is very naive and irresponsible thoughts. In the world of Demon King awakening there is no way for a person with such skills to live peacefully in some remote village. Even if he is ready to neglect his duty and let people to die, he is still one of the main characters in the story, so the game engine a.k.a. fate will force him to act.
