If he is stronger than you, blind him. Cut the skin on the forehead, and obscure the vision of the opponent, and take the opportunity to run. If he is still sighted and persistent, then rupture his/her eyeballs. unless you are fighting a BAT, then you should be able to break off and run.
If he/she STILL persists, get quiet, get behind, and bring both hands, cupped, as hard as you can, onto his/her ears. Blind and deaf, he/she won’t be fighting ANYone again, for a long while, if ever. At that point, if you can pelt off, do so. If not, dip and cut, staying out of arm or foot range until his/her ability to reach/swing/walk is removed.
Then run/walk/skip out of there.
