Novel idea and I won’t give the author too much of a hard time for it. But I doubt it’d work in reality.
If it couldn’t get enough blood to it’s brain without stomping his feet on the ground why would Nature/Creator give it the ability to fly?
And now that it’s head is prone on the ground, blood should circulate back to it’s brain pretty easily with the help of gravity (since it’s heart should now be at about the same level or higher than it’s brain). It’ll certainly be weird if MC has all the time in the world to butcher it to pieces.
