Getting married as a child like that is an old myth. Certainly in medieval Europe, which tends to be the setting base for a lot of fantasy

Not bad… but why is this an isekai? The protagonist doesn’t act like an adult in a child’s body… nor does the knowledge of the past world have any bearing on this one.
I’d argue it’d be better if it didn’t waste time doing something it wasn’t going to invest in.
