(I could be horrible wrong but here’s my theory). I think that the aliens r here to takeover the planet but that aestronotwith a tail guy is trying to make superhumans to save humanity from those aliens( he is probably from the future) again I could be totally wrong

So…i guess the aliens are basically trying to experiment super powers on people, and the school leader is probably one of the “awakened” or perhaps related to it in some way
