what kind of bs is 25 stitches? from what I see those injuries are so light that one might not need stitches. ppl only got stitches when they got deep wound or the wound open so wide you can get it together with bandage or if you are bleeding enough to soak through the bandage. it is needed to stop you from bleeding when bandages and emergency treatment could not solve it.
the fact that he can still run around, the injury is not serious.
i would be more worried about concussion or whatnot when he is hit on the head.
if would already be exaggerating if he got 5 stitches, but 25?
