Just gonna guess that the 15th head is also his reincarnation, everytime he reincarnates, he only remembers his first life.

The 15th head being the ultimate reformer is weird. Unless there were massive wars fought in the 100 years after the Founder’s death, it’s too short a time period for 14 different people to rule a hereditary position, but even if each patriarch ruled for at least 40 years (mid-20s to retirement), it still would have been several hundred years prior to the MC’s reincarnation. We only know that the heads ruled for less than 72 years on average, because otherwise the current head would need to be the 15th head.
It would help if we knew which number the current head was, so that we could at least establish an average for the length of time each head ruled.
