It was a weird way to start a retrospection and even weirder to end the chapter like that.

Imagine if someone decently strong and intelligent deciphered the map, went into the tomb and activated all the traps, then tomb collapsed without anyone else getting harmed or even knowing what happened. This would all happen in 1 chapter.
