why does he think hes over 100 years old? He wasn’t sealed he was reincarnated instantly, its more like time travel. Did they add that in to make the MC’s arrogance more understandable?

mc is just restarted, he’s a wise sword saint in name only

saying “he’s aloof” doesn’t justify it either, he’s just sc.um and an exaggerated encyclopaedia about what’s gonna happen on future. not a hint of first chapter personality to be seen anywhere.
