I do have to question what he think could work on MC. does he think the emperor could brain wash the MC and make him a puppet under him or smth ?

Well, to all who don’t remember anymore, Joshua’s brother is currently brainwashed by the emperor who’s his actual biological father, so he’s not in his right mind being all hostile towards Joshua.
Last time he parted ways with the MC, they were on good terms, so I wouldn’t be that harsh on him.
I think in this timeline MC will be able to uncover as to what’s actually wrong to his brother and save his life so he doesn’t end up being slaughtered like in the past.
Unfortunately he probably gets killed like a mob by someone else not even by him. Don’t know which timeline Joshua saw but he is gonna die pathetically
