I can picture? why MC got his mind shattered in the alternative route. Somehow Yidhra is resistant or inmune to the curse in this chapter, and since MC has absorbed a bit of her power, MC should be able to resist it sooner or later. Unless demon king’s curse takes out the Yidhra that’s currently in MC’s body too. In a state where he’s not fused with Yidhra’s powers yet enough to completely remember her, but also can’t completely forget about her either, fucked him.
