And right, I shouldn’t have given it for granted that the MC was the only one able to break the level cap, but I highly doubt there are many who have both a level break skill and an XP multiplier skill.
Now that I think about it, the MC still has level 10 skills, what if there are people who can use level 100+ skills because they broke the skill level limit?
