I wonder if Boss levels are decided on the basis of the average level of the team who encounters them? If no, it really makes me wonder how mere level 99 weaklings are supposed to defeat this 9 tailed fox or the Slime King… unless the power of magic is fixed with their level with no way to increase it, making higher levels only useful in the sense that they allow you to use them more often, but not with more power. In that case it can barely explain why the MC had trouble killing the fox, if we also add it being immune to physical damage.
I wonder if people with no skill level limit exist in this world, and if their level 11+ magic is stronger than the level 10 magic of the MC.

That leveling is weird. Killing a king slime in a beginner dungeon being level 10000 got mc 9900 level up and now in a stronger dungeon only 417 levels
