…in a post-apocalyptic world where everything has become a sandy desert wasteland and only criminals or fugitives are ever sent into the incredibly-deadly mines, you want to waste perfectly-good ammunition to somehow cut rope? Even if you’re a good enough shot to not hit the prisoner’s hands, chest, or head, you would have been better off just cutting it with some random piece of sharpened scrap metal if a knife isn’t available…
Tbh it just looks like that it will get dropped after just mass release..
