The “use all your might to level quick” would only work if the enemy can’t kill you in a few hits and also gives enough exp to fill your exp bar. Otherwise, you’ll die before leveling up.
Also, I see people think the girl is useless and a waste of exp. But she’s the one making the reservations and exchanging stars for cash for the MC so at least she’s useful as support. And on the off-chance her skill has good compatibility against a difficult foe, it’d make the dungeon run much easier. However, it looks like you’ll never know what kinda enemies you’ll get when entering a gate, so it’s a gamble, essentially. (The last 2 star gate had a lv 17 + a lv 12 as a boss; here it’s a lv 29).
And another thing, the girl is really cute

The biggest issue I will have with this, is the mc needs therapy clearly. He’s a trauma baby with powers and hasn’t even begun to start unpacking his issues. I guess with the power of friendship is trauma will melt away over time. lol okie.
