Why didn’t he offer to rat out his friends, I’m sure they left footprints while running away after pushing him…? Even if he was gonna get killed regardless, why not go out with a big “F— you!” to the people that betrayed him.

Just dont do it? Instead you can tell the monster you have another desire to kill someone else which would in that case be shotgun boy which I believe also has an awakened ego aswell
