Well, hmm acquiring motor sych that early in 1999 is a pretty nice deal, the current owners did not destroy the facilities to a complete rubbish due to neglect, as they did in the real world by 2020… In 1999 they were still more or less in an operational state.
just 10 years later and MC would buy a garbage dump with obsolete machinery which would require more money to repair than it would bring by the direct usage.
