Farquad’s Redemption Arc
This is the correct way to redeem a character. A lot of manga/anime do this terribly wrong by just “forgiving” the character. This looks at the character and their situation and they redeem them based of that, not some shounen manga “i forgive” shit

Guessing that this world has not yet discovered a way to cure petrification except the mc so great job for the mc changing the noble attitude

This is very good, a selfish character made to have a character development.
It is only through lost that you will understand the things that you have taken for granted, and grow into a more refined person.

Honestly this is the most amazing character growth in a character I expected to be vapid and totally forgettable. I have much respect for any individual who can evaluate themselves and see how they truly are and work to better themselves.
He was terrible but really cared for Melty-chan, so not 100% bad.
It took losing an arm to gain so humility. Thats bad
Anyone else thought it looked like his head fell off when the petrification was removed from Melty?
