I always found this aspect of age regression through reincarnation (or whatever brand of rebirth the story is using) stories to be very odd. The authors also seem determined to make it a point that the mc thinks of himself as an older guy who doesn’t want to look at “younger girls” who are his body’s age but not his mental age. Only to make the main love interest of every story a young girl, the same age as his new life, who is still a kid.
its a bizarrely frequent plot point and it confuses the hell out of me.
