It was his grandfather who was shown and he inherited the recipe but was not able to slay the bear.
This is standart game logic. You have to gather the items to create yourself but the instructions will come from the NPC.
His name in the previous game was X now he just reused it. Gamertags are wild man. Something like failed austrian painter is not uncommon. Just wondering they allow under 4 letters as name.
If he eats better food his skills will absorb better stats. Also he cannot absorb skills from the same dish so he has to learn new dishes to absorb new stats. Every gamer with a braincell would learn cooking for that.
Sorry about the comment spam, I just put something down here whenever it came to mind when reading this chapter because it really was full of holes in the plot and maybe there was something up with the translation that led to more misunderstandings, but this chapter was
, overall, pretty bad.
What??? He first came to the chef to learn how to cook, but now he is going on a quest to teach the chef about a dish??? What the hell is up with the plot for this story?!?
And is this trying to say that the chef npc has lived for over 300 years since they showed a flashback of him eating the gormet kings food when the gormet king looked younger??
?!?!? Mc isn’t surprised when the chef called the gormet king the legendary founder of the kingdom, then being surprised when the chef said that the gormet king was the one who created the kingdom?! I’m so confused now. This has so many plot holes in it.
And I’m pretty sure the author put x as his name as a placeholder until he thought of a good name. If not, that is the stupidest naming of a character I have ever seen, and I have seen a lot of stupid character names throughout my life.
Why does he need to learn to cook if his skill will make up for what he lacks??
why does he stand up like hes surprised like ???
