I dont even know why levels exist in this story, theyre just randomly given to characters for the sake of plot. Considering everything the mc has done there shouldnt be a single person on earth thats a human, that would be of similar level to the mc. How in the world is this guild guy a similar level to the mc? I dont see him out here clearing floors by himself and defeating enemies of way higher floors.
